Some Talented folks visit Nashville

Happy New Year Nashville!  It’s a cold one out there, but there are some amazingly talented people around to help keep your spirits warm.

First up, my friend, Don Winston, author and Nashville ex-pat extraordinaire has a creepy new thriller out.  It’s set in San Francisco and gives a very different look a the City By The Bay.  Check out my interview with the always entertaining Don Winston and then run, don’t walk, to download his book!

MM 2012 (3)One of my very favorite performers is the incomparable Melissa Manchester. This prolific performer has endured and thrived for decades, enjoying success in music, TV, film and on Broadway.  Her collaborations and influences read like a “Who’s Who” in American music.  And, she’s coming to town for a very special one-night only performance.  January 18th she’ll be at Third & Lindsley for a benefit concert for West End Synagogue.  It’s part of the synagogue’s Annual Concert & Cultural Series and it is not to be missed.  No matter what age you are, or what your musical taste, Melissa Manchester has something for literally everyone!  Check out my interview with her and then go online to get tickets (they’re going fast) at www.westendsyn.org

Well, that’s it for now.  Stay warm Nashville!
